Many people in leadership positions do not ask themselves “Would I follow me.” This training takes employees through the reasons why poor leadership is not effective for anyone on the job. During the video, different scenarios of the positive and more effective ways to manage are illustrated and explained. This helps those see why certain approaches are more effective than others.

The training is broken down into several sections including; Don’t Dictate; Facilitate, Be Honest and Ethical, Let People Do Their Jobs, Focus on the Positive, and Be Inclusive. At the end of the training, leaders and managers will have a better perspective on why it is important to treat employees well, listen, be positive, and point out mistakes in a tactful, helpful way, and help employees by supporting them, not doing their jobs for them.
